About

A known, global cybersecurity engineer and social influencer, Frank leads the handling of cyber-attacks causing

geopolitical instability. He relentlessly raises awareness, protects privacy online, and coordinates responses to

attacks threatening military, financial, government, and society ́s global business infrastructures.


For most of his career, he has held high level security clearances for both NATO and the Department of Defense.

His work in classified, joint warfighting environments helped secure, integrate, and increase the interoperability of

mission critical assets. Frank is a proven leader with expertise in C2 /C4ISR Systems, the NATO Multilateral

Interoperability Programme, encryption, defense-in-depth cyber security engineering, PKI, and incident

management.


Frank has also worked extensively in the Private Sector leading Incident Response, Red Team, and CSIRT

Engineering Lead for Global Clients such Telefonica o2, SAP, Fresenius, Orange Consulting, Hays, and many

more.


His formal education and cyber training include Bachelors and Master’s degrees from University of California at

Berkeley, and George Mason University Volgenau School of Engineering.


He also is a highly certified Cyber Instructor and authorized training partner with ISACA. More than anything,

Frank is relentless about using tech to empower and protect vulnerable, often underfunded communities.


Some of the biggest clients Frank has delivered Cyber Security Training solutions for include: INE, National

Health Service (NHS) the UK, NATO, Salford University in Manchester, SAP, US Military European Command,

European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Asian Development Bank, General Dynamics, Huddersfield

Council UK, CaerPhilly Council UK, Saudi Arabia Ministry of Defense, and Knowledge Academy.
